It's very simple!
If you have an internet connection that means we offer all of our services in your country.

You can pay your order with Credit/Debit card directly on our webiste or you can pay your order with PayPal.

We provide only hosting services. Offering you at this moment only VPS and Dedicated servers!

We offer full refund only for VPS orders requested up to 3 days after your VPS is provisioned to you. For dedicated server we offer no refund!

We create an invoice for every service you have at VivasHost.com at the first day of every month. VivasHost.com uses a pre-paid policy so when you create your order you pay for next upcoming month. At the first day of the upcoming month you will receive an invoice for the month after it plus the pro rata fee which covers the period from when your service was delivered to you and the first day of the upcoming month.

This is one time fee!
The pro rata amount covers the period from your service commencement until the first billing date. We will inform you via email of the exact cost of the pro rata period once your service is up and running.

As soon as you make your order your VPS will be provisioned to you in about to 24 hours. In most cases we deliver the VPS service within 1 hour.

As soon as you make your order your Dedicated server will be provisioned to you in about to 2 or 3 days.

For VPS (Virtual private server) at this stage we provide only 1 real/static IP address. If you need more IPs then you should see our dedicated servers where we offer up to 5 fully usable IP addresses.

For all our Dedicated Servers we provide up to 5 IP addresses.
